Since Rapid Tune’s inception in 2003, we’ve steadily expanded our brand and franchise network. From a small office at our first store in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, CEO and Founder Mark Rippon shaped a clear franchising vision for the future.
Today, Rapid Tune is a fast growing, Australian owned chain of automotive centres. Our nationally accredited workshops feature state of the art equipment, and our highly certified technicians—backed by years of industry experience—deliver the quality that powers our growth every day.

Meet Brad – A Homegrown Success Story in the Rapid Tune Family
Rapid Tune marked the beginning of Brad’s journey in the automotive industry, with his first experience starting as a work experience student at the Cranbourne branch in 2017. From the moment he stepped into the workshop, he knew he had found his passion. That initial exposure ignited a drive that would guide his professional growth over the years to come.
After completing his apprenticeship, he immersed himself in every opportunity to learn and develop within the Rapid Tune network. His commitment and curiosity saw him transition into management roles, taking on greater responsibilities and refining his leadership skills at both the Hallam and Mitcham locations. Each role helped shape his understanding of customer service, business operations, and team development —laying a strong foundation for the next step in his career.
In 2025, he proudly became a partner of the Rapid Tune Stafford franchise, a milestone that represents not just a personal achievement, but the culmination of years of hard work, mentorship, and dedication within the Rapid Tune family.
